a. Cancellation by the Customer: Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days(net of bank charges).

Cancellation is allowed 1 week before departure for a full refund, and 3 days before the departure for a refund of 70%. If cancellation occurs less than 3 days before departure, Mapping The Himalayas won’t provide a refund.

For Kunjapuri Hike, cancellation is allowed 12 hours before the departure for a full refund. If cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before departure, Mapping The Himalayas won’t provide any refund.

b. Cancellation by Mapping The Himalayas: We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative trip may be offered.
